Whilst there is no minimum age all skaters need to be able to walk without support. The smallest size skate we have available is a Toddler size 7 (EU 24) please bear this in mind when booking your visit. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied on the ice by a responsible, ticket holding, adult aged 18 or over.
The biggest size skates available are size 14 (EU 46), subject to availability.
Yes, we have a range of skating aids in different shapes and sizes to help you on the Ice.
Yes – it is real ice!
The Ice rink is undercover so you will be protected from the weather. However, do still wrap up warm with your hats and gloves.
Any photography or video recording taking place may be restricted at any time at the discretion of the facility. There is a strictly no photography or filming policy whilst ice skating on the rink.
Spectators will be allowed to view sessions from the viewing area which is heated to make you comfortable whilst enjoying the skating.
There is a Café with a wide range of food and drinks to enjoy whilst spectating or after your session when you have worked up an appetite.
There will be storage areas in the boot room where bags and coats can be stored. Please be aware that all personal property brought onto site is done so at your own risk. The facility does not take responsibility for the damage of loss of personal items.
We are unable to offer refunds on any ice-skating bookings. Where possible we will try to reallocate you to a different session. If you have any specific questions about whether your or a member of your party can skate with us, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us through the website:
